Comprehensive Veterinary Care

It all comes down to love. That’s the number one reason people choose pets, the love we’re able to give them, and the love we feel in return. It’s why each of us does our best to meet the needs, big and small, of those in our care. It’s also why Bluegrass Animal Hospital in Knoxville, TN, was formed nearly twenty years ago. We love what we do, and we’re ready to partner with you in caring for and loving your pet. Our 5600 square-foot facility was specifically designed to offer state of the art diagnostics, quality boarding and grooming, dental and visual care, and emergency services, in addition to a full range of high-quality veterinary care so that both you and your pet can go home happy.

Quality Vet Care Includes Quality People Care

Most quality vet care seeks to prevent serious problems rather than wait for them to present themselves. One of the first things you should do anytime you get a new pet is to schedule a visit with your family veterinarian. We’ll give your pet a thorough check-up and talk to you about standard common vaccinations and other forms of preventative care. Our pets aren’t always able to tell us exactly what’s wrong or explain how they feel, so it’s up to us to learn the warning signs. No one knows veterinary care as we do; no one knows your pet like you.

As your Knoxville veterinarian, we recognize that keeping your pet healthy and happy is a group effort. We’ll do our best to answer any questions you have along the way, and we’re always here to listen to your observations and concerns. If necessary, we’ll even arrange home visits so that your pet (and family) remain in comfortable, familiar surroundings during examinations and many other forms of treatment.
