Our Promise
We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, it has become clear that the way we are able to interact with our clients has changed for the foreseeable future. Despite that, our goal at Bluegrass Animal Hospital remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in need of surgery and dentistry, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront.
As federal and local safety guidelines change and develop, we want you to know that our team is working hard to enact safety measures within our clinic to allow us to continue to provide care for your pets.

What We’re Doing
Reopening Our Clinic
We are excited to begin welcoming our clients back into the clinic. At this time, one family member will be allowed to accompany their pet into our clinic for their appointment. For now, medication pick-ups and drop-offs for surgery & boarding, will remain curbside.
Curbside Concierge Service
We are continuing to offer curbside concierge service to our clients who prefer it. Text us when you arrive and our team will come out to your car and escort your pet to and from their appointment, offering you a contactless visit. We will also be happy to deliver any medication and prescription food right to your vehicle. Click here to learn how curbside works!
Social Distancing
Our team members will strive to maintain 6 feet of distance from you for our mutual safety.
Healthy Team Members
We’re taking team health seriously, with measures including frequent hand washing, self-check procedures, and more.
Telehealth Services
Away from home or would prefer to stay home? Try out our Telehealth Services to connect with our veterinarians virtually!
What We’re Asking You to Do
Contactless Payment
We have procedures in place to limit contact during the payment process to keep you and our team members safe.
Wear a Mask and Practice Social Distancing
We ask all clients to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance from our team members and other clients.
Keep your Cell Phone Close & Charged
If you are utilizing our curbside concierge service, we will be communicating with you via your cell phone during your pet’s visit, so we ask you to make sure it is on and charged during the appointment.
